Not a Queen (not a Khaleesi), but an Empress. Why not Empress? It fits well with the fandom’s Solar Empire. ‘Queen’ is also not worthy of her magnificence. It could also remind her of Chrysalis, and how she (Celestia) was defeated by the Changeling; what better way to spite your enemy than having a higher ranking title than her?
