Unlock Kamen Riders in Douluo's Way Ch 64
Added 2025-07-20 15:11:57 +0000 UTCBecause its base stats aren’t that impressive, Yin Xiaoya usually relies on Meteor, with his diverse skills, or Amazon Alpha, who boasts a burst of raw power. This is only the second time Yin Xiaoya has transformed into Kamen Rider Skull, which sparks the interest of the three soul beasts.
Cang Huang closes her eyes, focusing for a moment. "The energy emanating from your body," she states, "bears a resemblance to the power of certain oracle-like spirit beasts."
The Ghost-Faced Griffin King affirms, "Indeed, there is a familiar aura. This is the first time I've seen this form, but it doesn't appear particularly strong. Why not use one of your previous forms?"
Under the Skull transformation, Yin Xiaoya's tone turns less respectful.
"I have my own plans. There's no need to explain them to you. Let's go!"
Without hesitation, Skull leaps downwards, plunging into the magma and sending molten rock splashing several meters high.
The Jin'e Red Stag Beetle swiftly follows, succeeded by the Ghost-Faced Griffin King and Cang Huang. Though their heads appear massive, their dives are smooth and controlled, barely disturbing the molten surface.
Upon entering the magma, they unleash their soul power, gently guiding themselves downwards while intentionally slowing their pace to match Skull.
Within the magma, visibility is naturally limited. The Jin'e Red Stag Beetle fares better, its unique eye structure allowing it to see with minimal interference from the molten rock.
However, after the Ghost-Faced Griffin King and Cang Huang enter the magma, even though it doesn’t hurt their eyes, they are unable to see clearly. Of course, they do have a solution. They use the feedback from their released soul power, allowing them to clearly track Skull's movements.
Skull's descent isn't a simple swim. He uses Skull's power to execute a series of restrained Rider Kicks. The thrust from these kicks propels him downwards.
Because Kamen Rider's eyes aren't in direct contact with the environment, he maintains clear vision through his compound eyes, seeing more clearly than the Jin'e Red Stag Beetle.
Though faster than swimming, the viscous magma resists him. Even so, Skull deftly avoids the unmelted rocks within the flow.
This doesn’t last. After about three minutes, Skull feels the surrounding heat rise sharply.
Xiaoman explains that he's reached a depth of about two kilometers. The temperature has reached Skull's limit: 1,000 degrees.
Though his wind scarf is formed of Gaia Memory energy, it has already been burned through. If he continues, Skull's armor will begin to melt.
Seeing Skull pause, the three soul beasts slow down as well.
"What's wrong, human? Is this your limit?"
The Jin'e Red Stag Beetle's voice is laced with mockery. Skull ignores it, calculating how to best proceed.
"Alright, before switching forms, I can unleash another wave."
Concentrating his strength, Skull’s chest emits a purple light. The rib-like pattern on his chest opens, releasing the purple light, and a skull with a diameter of more than two meters materializes.
The energy skull roars, blasting away the surrounding magma and creating a small, open area.
He removes the Skull Memory from the Lost Driver and inserts it into the Maximum Drive slot on the right side of his body, tapping it lightly.
[SKULL! MAXIMUM DRIVE!]
His eyes glow a dark purple. Skull raises his right leg, imbued with energy, and kicks the energy skull downwards.
"ROAR!!!!"
The energy skull surges forward, tearing through the magma and carving a clear path hundreds of meters long. This prevents Skull from being swallowed by the increasing temperatures.
Because the magma’s viscosity causes it to slowly close, Skull uses this brief window to plunge downwards, following the energy skull.
This action surprises the three soul beasts.
The Ghost-Faced Griffin King nods. "That kid has some brains."
The Jin'e Red Stag Beetle scoffs and remains silent, continuing to follow.
Using Skull's technique saves him a lot of strength. He relies on gravity, plummeting at a significant speed, and further accelerates with his Rider Kicks, quickly catching up to the energy skull.
Skull steps onto the back of the energy skull's head, diving nearly a thousand meters. But, the surrounding temperature now exceeds Skull’s limits. Though the path is clear, the ambient heat becomes unbearable.
[The current diving depth is about 4,000 meters, and the temperature has reached 1,300 degrees, exceeding Kamen Rider Skull's tolerance. Warning! Skull's energy is depleting. Countdown: 10! 9! 8!...]
"Is this the limit?"
Hearing Xiaoman's warning, Skull switches the belt around his waist, and the Amazon Driver appears. He turns the rotating handle downwards.
Just as Xiaoman's countdown ends, Skull's energy dissipates.
"AMAZON!"
"BOOM!!!!"
Crimson flames erupt from his body, unleashing berserk energy that pushes the magma away, creating an even larger space.
"Ughhhhh!!!"
The flames fade, and Amazon Alpha roars, diving into the hotter magma. Unlike Skull, he doesn't need Rider Kicks. He swims with natural skill.
His speed is several times faster than Skull.
Amazon Alpha’s anatomy is based on piranhas and lizards, making him suited to this environment. His fin-like blades enhance his speed. Though the magma is more viscous than water, it only impacts his speed.
Witnessing this, the three soul beasts grasp his plan.
Azure Phoenix King agrees. "So that's the case. By changing forms, he minimizes the heat’s impact. He actually used his brain."
"Humph, so what?" The Jin'e Red Stag Beetle scoffs. "He can only withstand 5,000 degrees. The Extreme Sky Flame Curtain is at least 15,000 meters deep. The distance beyond 5,000 degrees is three kilometers. Let's see how long he lasts."
Azure Phoenix King ignores it, noticing the Ghost-Faced Griffon King's thoughtful gaze. "What is it? Something strange?"
The Ghost-Faced Griffin King nods. "Two things. First, he said he can only withstand 5,000 degrees, but that's wrong. When my grandson fought him, the strength of the last blow was at least 7,000 degrees. He still won. His tolerance should be higher."
"The force of a power clash is different from prolonged exposure. But, I agree he's holding back. Why else would he jump so readily?"
"That's the other thing." The Ghost-Faced Griffin King says, "I feel we're missing something."
