Mini-Adventure: Secret Faces of Velsburg

While traveling through the wilderness the adventurers come across a small hamlet plagued by a recent rash or murders committed by 'The Ghost'. The longer the party stay in Velsburg however, the quicker they realize that the supposedly bloodthirsty spirit preying upon the settlement is not the remote village's only mystery. In this sidequest to save Velsburg the PCs are confronted with a shocking truth underpinning it all and are presented with a dire dilemma: is it worth saving?

This mini-adventure is for 4-5 PCs of 5th level. Written by Charlie Brooks; illustrated by Savage Mojo; cartography from Dyson Logos.

Crypta Hereticarum is ~90% spoiler free in regards to the ZEITGEIST Adventure Path . All of the mini-adventures are stand-alone modules that are not part of ZEITGEIST (although they can certainly be used with the Adventure Path, they weren't made with that explicit intention).

question about the mini adventures and sidequests like crypta hereticarum. are they spoiler free for the purposes of the main campaign? I want to try running the sidequests as practice for dming.

Absolutely! Yorik may be from Varseldorf and out looking to make a settlement of his own, either because things are heating up there or that because he was outed and the rest of the secret community in Varseldorf had to exile him to maintain their own cover.

Just wanted to say that I love these mini-adventures! I play with a big group that doesn't meet super frequently, and these are perfect for fitting in one session.

Any suggestions for connecting this with issue 73 (The Hamlet Of Varseldorf) which is also about a changeling community?
