Savant: Advanced

It's our 250th article! That's a heck of a milestone! Thank you all for your support over the last couple of years. Today's article adds two new aptitudes for the Savant class introduced last month: the medically proficient Chirurgeon, and the knowledge-wielding Coordinator. By Jeremiah McCoy; illustrated by Matthew Berger.

Thanx! That was fast!

Most of the time I think Morrus refrains from doing so but there have been enough fixes here it could be worth doing. I'd vote yay on an updated corrected PDF :)

Is either pdf going to be updated with any corrections?

Some more revisions based on feedback over at ENWorld. :D Chirurgy's 2nd paragraph should read: Your chirurgy dice change when you reach certain levels in this class. The dice become 5d4 at 7th level, 6d4 at 10th level, 7d6 at 13th level, 8d6 at 16th level, and 9d6 at 19th level. ------ Always With A Tonic should read: Always With a Tonic. You can use a bonus action to activate this trick, administering a potion to an adjacent ally. ---- Relief to the Suffering should read: Relief to the Suffering: You can use your action to activate this trick. If you do, one ally you can see can use their reaction to take the Disengage action and move up to their speed. ------ Informed Coordinator's first sentence should read: At 2nd level, you can use a bonus action to give an ally a bonus to their next d20 roll equal to your proficiency bonus.

Excellent catch! The 2nd paragraph of Chirurgeon's Care should read as follows: In addition, you can choose one creature taking a short or long rest with you. Using the right combination of herbs and pressure points, you remove a level of exhaustion from the target.

Chirurgeon’s Care says “you can choose one creature taking a rest with you. [...] you remove an additional level of exhaustion from the target.” The first part of the feature is focused on enhancing short rests. Typically, exhaustion is only reduced over a long rest. Is this portion of the feature meant to only work on long rests? Or is it meant to say that you can remove a level of exhaustion (rather than an additional level of exhaustion) over a short rest? Or something else?
