Fantastic Elves (Playtester Club)

This piece is a sequel to the article Fantastic Humans, which is among the most "liked" EN5ider article in at least the last 30 articles or more (beaten out only by Zeitgeist). Just like Fantastic Humans provided new rules for the most commonly played race in 5e, Fantastic Elves will cover:
- Variant Racial Traits, some default traits more exciting than "you have darkvision and can't be put to sleep by magic", like plant manipulation and bowrey skills.
- New magic items, stuff exclusive to elves, but not quite so generic as the cloak of elvenkind. probably some LOTR references in here.
- Variant Rules for Elves are Better - since elves are so often considered to be these flawless empires... what if they really were better than humans (and other races) in a signifigant way?

Yessir. The original manuscript turned in sea elves and we settled on ocean elves instead so as not to step on WotC's toes. I'll poke the author though and see if he's got another subrace lurking about in his head!

In a month WOTC is releasing a new book with alot of new elven material. I might hold off on this release until after that. No need for 2 sea elves for example.
