I think this needs a lot of work. I would be interested in knowing why some choices were made specifically Hit Dice at a d12, also the armor class features seem out there. Why the Agile defense? This Character class seems very OP by 5e standards did I miss something? If they value speed and mobility why are they so Hit point Heavy? Where do they actually fit in a party? I don't think they should have martial Weapon Proficiency. Simple should be good. They are Gunslingers aren't they? Sure their are gun swords and such, but the question which should stick in your mind is, How often does a Wizard use a Long sword? He is a wizard, he should prefer magic over all things that is why he chose to be a wizard, in a pinch he has simple weapons Dagger club staff, I see the same here. Just not real sure about some of the choices.

We have a lovely 4-article series called Keep Your Powder Dry by the same author as this class in our archive. We'll definitely link to those articles in the final class release.

The hitpoints are perhaps a bit much. I would either keep the Hit Dice or the Unarmored AC, pushing them towards either more of a tanky or agile build. I also find the capstone to be kinda bland and weak, staying alive for possibly one more round isn't that great and is already found in things like the Half-Orc's racial ability. I like the idea of a gunfighter class but this could still use a little work. Also since guns are not a default option for campaigns and not everyone has a DMG to look at, perhaps having some Gun Stats for what could be utilized?

Nothing about the design gives any logical reason why it has armour class without wearing armour, other than the designer wanted the barbarian/monk ability without having to multiclass.

My first impression, before any playtesting is that it really is overpowered and treading on the footsteps of the fighter and barbarian. Why does it need to have Barbarian hitpoints, the feats of a fighter, more fighting styles than a fighter gets to choose from and barbarian/monk ac. This seems more like it should be a fighter archetype.
