A handful of these spells are available for rangers as well. Nature is not stingy to those who protect her sacred places. I'm not 100% sure (this was before my time as editor) but I bet it's a typo aye, that F should be M (for material), and where appropriate a spellcasting focus should be a requirement for the casting of one of these spells (like how holding a holy symbol is a requirement for many uses of a cleric's Channel Divinity feature).
