Allies & Adversaries: Creeps in the Storm

Each with a full description, background, roleplaying notes, and statistics, plus a couple of stormy adventure hooks - The Thing The Sea Vomited Up, and Hunting The Kraken.

Normally, I'm not a fan of NPC lists and profiles. But I found these to be very evocative that I could see using in my campaign and even building adventures around.
