As I'm trying to work my way through the awkward process of using the chronicle link and getting nervous that I'm running out of time, is there any plans to continue this? Once the kickstarter and any other methods of paying for a copy in either PDF or book form ends, is there any plans to havenit avaliableto he purchased?
