These weapons' properties arent necessarily tied to any specific weapon from the PHB. The kukri fits well as a dagger or a shortsword, while the warrior's crossbow could be any type of crossbow from the core rules.

They would be great in a campaign that offers little to no magic item rewards. Hand them out early, and they level up with the PCs, no need to give out any further items later.

Perhaps Rogue's Kukri and Warrior's Crossbow should specify exactly what weapon they are emulating? I'm sure most people would consider a Kukri to be a dagger (but not everyone), but there are 3 types of crossbows in the PHB, 2 of which are 2-handed.

Hah - no, this should be 117. I'll make the next one 117. That'll be sure to confuse everybody! :)

These items are equivalent to Legendary items. Very powerful relics that should be used by a GM who intentionally wants to give a huge gift to the PCs.
