Certain features presented in this article grant characters that may otherwise be unable to cast spells access to ritual spells. This allows them to cast them as rituals, despite not having spell slots.

109 accidentally got a 108 filename, so there are two 108s.

Um... what happened to 109? Oo

"You can cast any divination spell you know as a ritual if it has the ritual tag, even if you are otherwise unable to cast spells." I just want clarification, is this part of the feat mean: Classes that do not have ritual casting but have "known" spells: Ranger, Warlock, Sorcerer, Eldritch Knight, Arcane Trickster can now cast any divination spells with the ritual tags as rituals? or, is it badly worded and it includes classes that have spell lists to choose from, and prepared spells. Paladin, Cleric and Druid?

The feat Cardshark is way overpowered. First you get proficiency in 3 skills (same as feat skilled). Then you get +1 to Intelligence. And on top of that you get expertise playing cards with someone you have played cards with before.
