Heroes of the Night

We continue our Halloween-inspired month with a selection of horrific new archetypes for barbarians, fighters, and warlocks! Barbarian lycanthropes can master the Wolfsblood path; The Haunted are fighters with spectral companions; and The Evil Eye is a pact for warlocks. By Brandes Stoddard; illustrated by Dan Nokes.
I admit to a little confusion regarding the 6th level feature of the Wolfsblood Path for Barbarian, No Fear Save Silver. All it seems to do is add a weakness. Since a barbarian already has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage while raging, the feature just makes it so that silver weapons overcome that resistance, there's no benefit.

Pact of the Evil Eye is where it's at. Usually, I'd be opposed to expanding those options since the three presented in the PHB are flavorful and give us the 3 types of Warlocks we've seen in the past (Hexblades, Binders, standard Warlocks). But the Evil Eye is so iconic. This is great stuff.

Werewolf + Barbarian = Win! Good stuff here!

I absolutely LOVE the Pact of the Evil Eye. Simple and flavorful.

"Manifestation. Starting at 10th level, you may allow your spectral companion to manifest completely for a short time. As an action, you conjure a ghost in a space within 30 feet of you with hit points equal to your five times your fighter level." "Starting at 18th level, the ghost that you conjure has hit points equal to five times your fighter level." the second statement seems a little redundant.

I was gonna say, that feature seemed rather redundant. Thanks for the errata!

One minor errata:
No Fear Save Silver
Starting at 6th level, when you take bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage from a non-silvered weapon, you may spend your reaction to heal hit points equal to your level, though you may not heal more damage than the attack that triggered this ability dealt. Once you use this ability, you may not do so again until you complete a short rest.
