Health Update

Hey everyone! I wanted to pop on here to share something about me that you may not know and maybe it's something you can relate to? I also figured it was something you should be made aware of if you decide to become a Patron of mine or continue to support me through this platform.

I'm someone who struggles a lot with chronic pain. Due to my pain, it's often difficult for me to work on the computer, so my CC projects (and general projects/work) end up taking me a long time to finish and release when compared to other creators. Therefore, I'm only able to release so much at a time and it often varies depending on my current level of pain.

This is something I've dealt with for many, many years and I have a number of ways to manage it, but it's been much more of a problem recently. Chronic pain has a way of putting a damper on my ability to sit at my computer, making it even more difficult to work and release content. It can be pretty deflating and makes me feel as though I'm not good enough or can't keep up with the amazing creators around me. I'm no stranger to being hard on myself in general, but having to deal with these sorts of setbacks can often be emotionally and mentally painful too, and I'm working towards managing all of these thoughts and feelings, regardless of the circumstances.

Even so, I'm going to continue to try my very best to release a couple of items a month at a minimum, but I wanted to be transparent so you know what to expect of me and so you're able to make the best financial decisions for yourselves.

With all of this in mind, if you don't care about waiting a little longer for my CC than you would for most other creators, I seriously appreciate you for your support and understanding 💕 And if this is something you deal with, just know: you aren't alone. Hang in there and take care of yourself as best as you can.

I hope the same for you, too! I have recently rediscovered the familiar comfort of escaping into the world of reading and it helps distract the mind from pain very well.

Thank you for your aupport and understanding. I'm sorry to hear that you live with your own pain. It's a tough place to be in and I hope this year is kind to you and that you have many good, pain-free days ❤

I appreciate you taking the time to write me a message like this. It means a lot knowing there are people out there who understand where I'm coming from and what I'm dealing with. Thanks so much for being kind and thoughtful 💕

I just super appreciate the wonderful things you make for our games Lovely. I completely understand where you are coming from, I struggle with wellness too and I do take a lot of time for myself. I wouldn't expect anything less of you and by caring for yourself you are showing the rest of us creators that self care is an important part of being a creator. Thank you for being a wonderful role model. Sending you lots of love xx
