I agree. When I managed the dungeon crawl for my group (first time DMing), I gave myself a rough idea of how long hours would pass by: exploring a room, dealing with traps, having 1 encounter, and walking a bit generally fell into about 1 hour for me. The tips in this article will certainly help me keep better time.
