James Introcaso has written four new diseases to accompany his Get Sick article. You can get them from his blog at the attached link! He says :
"Hey everyone! To go along with a recently published piece I wrote in EN5ider, I wrote up some new diseases on my blog for 5e and put them into a free PDF. These four diseases are different than the six you get in EN5ider article, plus the EN5ider article has a lot of advice about building your own disease, so you should check both out!"
