📢Fantia Account Reinstated & Pricing Update Postponed
I would like to provide a sincere explanation regarding the upcoming price changes for membership plans.
Recently, the main platform I use, FANBOX, has significantly increased its handling fees.
Additionally, Fantia, which was another important base for my activities,
has been suddenly suspended by the management, and unfortunately,
there is currently no prospect of its recovery.
As a result, my creative income has dropped by approximately 40%,
making it extremely difficult to continue my activities at the current scale.
In light of these circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to revise the membership prices
starting from the new release in August.
I deeply regret asking for additional support, but my commitment to
"continuing to create and deliver my works" remains stronger than ever.
I will continue to do my best to provide high-quality content,
and I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

Current: 1100 JPY → New: 2000 JPY
(Viewing + Downloading English translated works)
Especially for the English translation plan, the monthly translation cost ranges from approximately 60,000 to 100,000 JPY. This new pricing is essential to maintain native-level translation quality going forward.
I deeply apologize for the increased burden, but I am fully committed to continuing to create works that you can truly enjoy.

But before that I need to be a bit more clearer with my intentions. No, I'm not going to send you a private message about this, even though you asked in this post. That would defeat the purpose of trying to make this PSA as transparent as possible, so please reply here Kawah. Second, and I need this to be absolutely clear here, there is absolutely NO WAY for westerners to place commissions on Pixiv! This is not a joke. Pixiv doesn't allow commissions of R-18 content with western payment cards, and if you try to skirt the rules by accepting any "All Ages" request, your gonna get torched on this platform too! You need to answer your clients here (Yes, I'm referring to everyone on this Fanbox and not the open platform X (Formerly Twitter)) otherwise this is going to spiral out of control and everyone loses.

I am not going to be in a position to afford such a drastic price hike from 800 yen to 1300 yen. I'll probably have to drop down to the 600, even though that means I can't download anymore. I'm entering my last year of nursing school, so my budget is pretty limited with the number of creators I support. I'd have to drop two or three to maintain the current subscription plan. It sucks what you're going through, and I wish things didn't have to change. As much as I really, genuinely enjoy what you do, been subscribed for 4 years or more, I just can't afford that kind of price hike, that includes the already increased (and sudden) price for English translations which skyrocketed. This ruined my day lol. I am not gonna say whether or not I agree with these pretty drastic price hikes, but I hope you earn the funds you need, I just unfortunately won't be of help once the price change happens.

Then from Fanbox let's say you earn AT LEAST the same amount, that makes it 3000 dollars per month. Then you say your sales dropped by 40% when Fantia closed your account so you were earning like 6000 dollars every month excluding commissions?? And you have the gall to say at 6000 dollars per month it is "extremely difficult" to continue your drawing activities? Get a grip, man. Right now you're selling drawing commissions for 340 dollars per 100 pages?? If you're gonna raise prices why not raise it there instead?

You're also making the assumption that the subscribers from Fantia would never migrate over to this platform. Like, let's be real, you already increased the cost for English translations earlier this month, and now your doing it again for the exact same reason? Can't wait to see how much it'll cost by the end of the year... Unless you can prove here and now your total costs that will justify a 120% increase to the English subscribers, then I can only think how you actually fell about us. (Just so we're clear, it's gone from from 800 yen, to 2,000 yen)

But anyway, if all the people I follow on fanbox have to increase prices, I may have to pick and choose which ones to continue supporting at my current levels... Thank you for informing us early.
