WATCH ALONG: Buffy S6 E11

I'm currently exporting the Angel watch alongs as well so it looks like everything will be dropping at different times.

ASH wanted to be home with his daughters in the UK. The BBC Giles spinoff idea came up around the same time, but never reached past the early development stages because the rights to Buffy as a property were too complicated. I still never cared for the way they wrote Giles out and really think that it would've been more in keeping with the "the real world sucks even more than the demon world" theme of S6 if Giles had been arrested for Ben's murder.

2025-08-21 04:33:55 +0000 UTCI think at the time there was an attempt at a spinoff for Giles, which might have explained a bit of his absence, although the actor might have had some other roles lined up on the side, too.
