I have no idea if the story is true or not, but I heard someone say that they'd had a kidney transplant, and afterwards they kept waking up in the night to pee when they never used to before, so they asked their doctor about it in case it was a problem with the kidney, and the doctor said it was probably just still on the schedule of the donor! So maybe you can get some traits from a transplant. It's weird to think about
