Off topic a bit. I just rewatched your "Apollo 13" and "Hidden Figures" reactions. You say that you're all into 'space' stuff, but you are amazingly ignorant on the history and nuts & bolts. Yep, a product of public education, thus excusable. However it's time you learn up girl. There are endless books & articles to catch you up, and if reading isn't your thing, then watch the online videos. Continued ignorance is not excusable, you are so obviously smart enough to pick it up if you work at it. Yes, you can go to watch real rocket launches in person. Just head to Texas or Florida. There are schedules online. The Starship which is launched from Texas is even bigger and more powerful than the Saturn 5 from the Apollo program. Noisy! Too! The vantage on South Padre Island is 5 miles away, which is about the same distance as the visitors' bleachers in "Apollo 13". I once had the privilege of watching a satellite launch from the VIP vantage at Vandenburg, WOW! That would be similar to Falcon 9 or Falcon Heavy launches in Florida. You are young enough that affordable tourist rides to space are likely to happen in your future (available now if you're filthy rich). If you really really want it start saving your pennies (oops, no more pennies soon, save your dollars). I'd really like to live long enough to see a pic of your gorgeous red hair making a zero-G halo around your head (take a look at photos of some of the women astronauts on the ISS). I'm an old fart, and lived through the "Hidden Figures" years, and Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo. I paid attention. So I'm always surprised at how how little youngsters like yourself (you're under 45) know about the exciting, appalling, and interesting times in our country's recent past. Here's to Ashleigh becoming an autodidact!
