I am sooooo happy you are reacting to this. I loved this movie as a kid and know it doesnt hold up too well but I still love it!

2025-03-01 23:16:20 +0000 UTCAlso, Howard was a mixture of puppetry in some scenes, but mostly consisted of a little person in a suit with a mechanical face. 8 different people wore the $2 million suit throughout the film. Pretty sure it had next to zero vision, if you watch him walk out of the museum he basically misses the first step down. Fun Fact: Robin Williams was set to do the voice for Howard the Duck, but after a week walked away frustrated because he felt he couldn’t accurately match his voice to the duck bill, which was originally moved by the puppeteers flatly reading lines on set.

Thought I had fond memories of this movie as a kid, when I watched it as an adult I was mildly horrified 😄 lol thought your tumtum was a dog growling at first

Compared to what out now it's bad but back then it was one of my favorites. One of the first movies that did another world connection that I've seen. So, I loved it ty so much for watching it I enjoyed it
