Fugu--the blowfish. It contains a deadly toxin, however, if you can cut the fish properly and remove the area with the toxin, it's safe to eat. There was an episode of The Simpsons where Homer ate fugu and got scared he was gonna die so he made peace with everyone in his life. But he lived.
