Not sure if others have suggested it, but after doing the watch along for episodes 1-3, I'd suggest watching this with the subtitles on. There were several points of dialogue that were missed when you were speaking. None that were crucial luckily, but at a couple points you looked confused by stuff that had been explained just a moment before. The dialogue on this show often moves quickly and at an unpredictable spacing, and I'd hate to see you start missing important plot points.

Which is why she is listed as a recurring character and not a series regular. I always say Season 2 is my favorite, but rewatching season 3, it’s a close 2nd. It really is lots of fun. I still remember the feelings I had watching it for the first time when it originally aired. I was in high school too so I could relate, minus the slaying, vampires and boy troubles. 😂 I enjoy watching others fall in love with it decades later. It’s so satisfying! Glad you are enjoying it!

I wouldnt have told Giles right away either. Not until angel was verbal snd functional at least 4. "Angel got ripped and they wanted to show him shirtless" ...and?? I am fine with this 5. I think the way Giles speaks under the candy influence is more like his natural tone
