Although if you're thinking about downloading it to YouTube, having the edited movie showing in the corner of the screen helps with views. Basically for most youtubers having edited versions of the movie on YT is the "Sample" version of Patreon, where the full watch alongs are. Since YT is free to watch Patreon is where the good $ is coming from.
