This movie kills me...even more so now because I know what's coming at the end. Kristofferson was just such a huge talent. But the James Earl Jones movie coming up is going to wreck me so...yay, lol.

2024-11-10 15:53:06 +0000 UTCThe original was the 1937 version, with Janet Gaynor and Frederic March. Then the remake in 1954 with Judy Garland and James Mason. Then this remake in 1976. Followed by the 3rd remake in 2018 with Stefani Germanotta and Bradley Cooper. Either everyone loves this movie and has to have a "fresh" version, or they all think the movie has potential, but never quite reaches it. I guess Ashleigh's about to find out which it is. RIP Kris.
