PICK YOUR FAVORITE TWO!!!!

2024-09-10 06:57:54 +0000 UTCYou are in a Patreon discussion thread of a channel that's whole point is movies she hasn't seen, talking about which movie that she hasn't seen should she watch so I'd say yes, you can spoil things.
Kenton Kruger
2024-09-08 05:12:13 +0000 UTCI can't believe Babe didn't win this poll.
Sally Haskell
2024-08-31 18:17:59 +0000 UTC'Hachi' would have brought some serious water works. But 'Turner & Hooch' is a good fun one to watch.
CrunchTime247
2024-08-27 07:29:36 +0000 UTCI just joined! So happy I can vote it polls now! Turner and Hooch is one of my favorites so I gotta vote for that and I can't wait for Hallowbeans!

2024-08-27 05:52:55 +0000 UTCsomething something about a farm upstate.......

2024-08-24 22:57:35 +0000 UTCSince I see people are starting to suggest Hallobeans movies, may I add Rosemary's Baby to the list? Also, maybe at a later date we could do some Disney Animation animal movies. I would love to see Ashleigh react to 101 Dalmations, Lady & the Tramp, Finding Nemo, Robin Hood...the list goes on & on.
Vicious Trollop
2024-08-23 21:25:12 +0000 UTCHmmm... A Hitchcock Hallobeans could also work....
Sergio Gonzalez
2024-08-23 01:44:33 +0000 UTCYeah…I have lost track of what she’s seen at this point.
Chris Crowther
2024-08-22 11:36:06 +0000 UTCOne that is not on here that I HIGHLY suggest is Togo. Is on Disney+ and one of the first movies that went direct to streaming. It stars William Dafoe and is based on a true story of Togo, the dog who saved Nome Alaska.
Wild_Lee_Coyote
2024-08-22 09:52:53 +0000 UTCShe seen secret of nimh it's on the channel
Mr Marvelous
2024-08-22 00:20:31 +0000 UTCI don't see that my votes are registering. Count me for Babe and Ol' Yeller. Note - Ol' Yeller will require a box of tissues.
Bruce R Wilson
2024-08-21 22:33:28 +0000 UTCCocaine Bear for a future animal movie! Or maybe it would fall into Ashleigh's comedy horror HallowBeans. 🤔
Cass&Jason
2024-08-21 21:45:27 +0000 UTCCan we add Sucker Punch to the list? It's practically a video game inside a movie. I know people hate it, but we love it so much! I think it'll be a cult classic someday. Which reminds me -- maybe a cult classics poll in the future? The Warriors, Valley Girl, Foxy Brown (or Coffey or both), Shaft, Legend, The Craft, Reservoir Dogs, Donnie Darko... The list goes on and on.
Cass&Jason
2024-08-21 21:44:00 +0000 UTCI also can't get my votes to select. Babe and a vote for Incredible Journey (which is the OG Homeward Bound)
TaleenaS
2024-08-21 16:51:10 +0000 UTCWhat movie was spoiled? I don't see anything spoilery. Also, can you spoil movies that came out over 20 years ago?
Vicious Trollop
2024-08-21 06:22:12 +0000 UTCI've never heard of Paulie but it sounds good. Thanks for the recommendation!
Vicious Trollop
2024-08-21 06:20:53 +0000 UTCBest in Show is still one of my favorite movies. I just watched it 3 days ago & I still laugh like it's the first time 😁

2024-08-21 06:15:50 +0000 UTCPut K-9 with Jim Belushi on your radar you you do another animal poll. You'll love that one trust me
Mr Marvelous
2024-08-21 05:29:32 +0000 UTCMy letterbox is so incomplete…. 😓
Travis Taylor
2024-08-21 02:58:38 +0000 UTC"Benji" is the classic animal movie!
Patrick Dillon
2024-08-21 02:37:16 +0000 UTCDr. Doolittle, but the 1967 version!
Shawn Ravenfire
2024-08-21 01:30:43 +0000 UTCI'm up for any of those especially ready player one. Would love to see Ashleigh pick out the references
Mr Marvelous
2024-08-21 01:24:08 +0000 UTCI Love Old Yeller!
Casey Salley
2024-08-21 00:16:35 +0000 UTCHmm. Depends on if it's a video game adaptations poll or a movies about video games poll. Ultimately, I'd say it's up to Ashleigh.
Cass&Jason
2024-08-20 20:52:17 +0000 UTCWould ready player one, free guy, and pixels count ?
Kenn E Wayne
2024-08-20 20:45:13 +0000 UTCA Letterbox for Ashleigh would be great! They do take a bit to do. I spent several hours for a few days adding all the movies I could remember watching(Just over 2,000 movies)
Katie Jackson
2024-08-20 17:52:15 +0000 UTCI voted Turner and Hooch but I wish K-9 was here it's very worthy too
Mr Marvelous
2024-08-20 16:35:32 +0000 UTCOr maybe type of animal? Dog movie horse move, etc. I would LOVE to see a Seabiscut reaction
Wendy Smith
2024-08-20 16:01:39 +0000 UTCHow about a video game movie poll? Mortal Kombat, Detective Pikachu, Assassin's Creed, Gran Tourismo, Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil....
Cass&Jason
2024-08-20 16:00:41 +0000 UTCYes!!!!
Wendy Smith
2024-08-20 15:56:50 +0000 UTCSince Hallobeans is just around the corner; I would like to suggest a few things: Halloween would not be Halloween without Vincent Price. Some dark and unsettling movies of his include, The Masque of the Red Death, The Pit and the Pendulum, House on Haunted Hill, and The Abominable Dr Phibes. For Fun and Friendly Wednesdays, you can have The Raven and Comedy of Terrors. Mr. Price didn’t do many comedies, but the few he did are good ones! For Dark and Unsettling Mondays and Fridays, I would suggest: The Innocents (original version), Crawl, Slither, Buried Alive (with Tim Matheson), The Birds, Them!, Catpeople (original version), The Haunting (original version), Cujo ( original version), Children of the Corn (original version), Whatever Happened to Baby Jane, Nosferatu ( original version), The Phantom of the Opera (original version), Play Misty for Me, and Soylent Green. For Fun and Friendly Wednesdays, I would suggest: I Married a Witch, High Spirits, Bell, Book, and Candle, The Trouble with Harry, Tower of Terror, The Shadow, Batman the movie (1960s), The Mask, Lisa Frankenstein, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, Topper, Murder by Death, Ten Little Indians (1960s version), Chicago, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Once Bitten, The Ghostbreakers, Forever Knight, and The Boogie Man Will Get You.
Meredith Shivers
2024-08-20 15:39:12 +0000 UTCI loved My Dog Skip. Sad it isn't getting more votes, but all the options are good!
Louise Brooks
2024-08-20 13:17:05 +0000 UTCDoes better on most ratings metrics than a couple of the other options.
Kenton Kruger
2024-08-20 11:10:42 +0000 UTCNot you putting My Dog Skip knowing DARN WELL you cried a River watching the ending scene ALONE! 🥹🤣🤣🤣
Gio Vidrio
2024-08-20 05:07:38 +0000 UTCOne of my favorites that didn't make the list was Paulie. A parrot flies across the country to search for the little girl who raised him and taught him to talk. Its a really heartwarming movie. One of the stars of the movie is Gina Rowlands who recently passed away and it would be a fitting tribute to her. One of her best roles in my mind. Tony Shalhoub is also in this as well. Please consider this one.
Stephen Koehler
2024-08-20 02:35:50 +0000 UTCHoly spoilerific comment section! Just wow...
Kenton Kruger
2024-08-20 02:22:28 +0000 UTC*Suggests “Watership Down” and “Plague Dogs” as future options, because they’re a sadist* There’s also “Secrets of Nimh”. (Although these are all animal animations)
Chris Crowther
2024-08-20 00:25:57 +0000 UTCI always preferred the original film version of Doctor Doolittle, with Rex Harrison.
Chris Crowther
2024-08-20 00:21:59 +0000 UTCOverall there are three clear winners here. If yo7 could find it in your heart to do three, Ashleigh? 🙏
AdoptDontShopPets
2024-08-20 00:21:50 +0000 UTCOne I wish had made the list is "Because of Winn Dixie" and maybe in the future it makes it. My kids love Homeward Bound and always found myself watching it with them if I could.
King Nero
2024-08-19 23:33:21 +0000 UTCI would have suggested Milo & Otis in the past but I’ve since learned that they likely hurt or worse kittens for the filming. Unverified but some scenes it’s hard to claim they got the shots without endangering their animal cast.
Jessica Marks
2024-08-19 23:27:26 +0000 UTCYES! I remember seeing this terrible movie in the theaters, either first run or a summer matinee. Love it!
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:14:16 +0000 UTCAny of them Dean Jones would be great.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:11:47 +0000 UTCHey, that has an animal in it.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:05:48 +0000 UTCI think Benji the Hunted would be a good Benji movie for Ashleigh.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:04:24 +0000 UTCit's is kind of special when I can see what she is watching and be like... "oh, girl. You're gonna ugly cry."
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:03:26 +0000 UTCI would like to add to any future Animal Poll: The Adventures of Milo and Otis, Any Benji Movie (the Hunted, in particular), C.H.O.M.P.S., Secretariat, ROAR!!!!!!!, Hannibal Brooks. P.S. is there a list anywhere of everything she has watched I keep thinking I saw here watch something a few years ago, but I can never find it like it never happened or got removed.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 23:00:22 +0000 UTCI don’t really have a favorite (2) out of this selection, but I most definitely would go with Homeward Bound! It’s difficult to choose another one, personally. I know it’s not on the list, but the 1994 Lassie film is a good choice too for an animal film. Oh! And That Darn Cat from ‘97 (there is one from the ‘60s, too, both by Disney) Another one by Disney that I used to love was The Cat From Outer Space (1978). Another one now that I’m thinking is Milo and Otis. It’s been years since I’ve seen it, but I’m pretty sure you’d need tissues for that one!
BuffTuxedo21
2024-08-19 22:53:48 +0000 UTCCujo and Cat's Eye for Hallowbeans!!!
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 22:53:13 +0000 UTCDoooooo it.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 22:49:45 +0000 UTCYes, Cat's Eye will horribly traumatize Ashleigh into never wanting to sleep again... at least not without a kitteh. The babies will be working over time until sometime January 2025.
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 22:49:20 +0000 UTCGotta be Homeward Bound. Ashleigh likes kitty cats. Ashleigh likes Sally Field.
Joe Blankenship
2024-08-19 22:45:19 +0000 UTCOMG OMG OMG Homeward Bound will BE your undoing!!! I'm soooo excited and YES bring allll the tissues!!
Asheenah
2024-08-19 22:41:04 +0000 UTCIt's not letting me select my movie. I've tried everything!! So I'll just tell you, Turner & Hooch gets my vote! Love that movie so much! We saw it when it first came out. When my Mom watched she literally peed her pants laughing so hard!!! Great movie!
fire12wife
2024-08-19 21:58:39 +0000 UTCI am outraged by the people saying to avoid Ol' Yeller. Do NOT avoid Ol' Yeller!, it is a very important film in the animal/pet/boy and his dog movie genres. It is worthy of seeing and an experience worth keeping with you the rest of your days.
Matthew Vandiver
2024-08-19 21:58:08 +0000 UTCTurner & Hooch is the best! Tom Hanks is great in this!
fire12wife
2024-08-19 21:50:33 +0000 UTCI saw "Old Yeller" once and that was enough for me. 'Babe" it is.
R Kelly Coker
2024-08-19 21:46:40 +0000 UTCTurner and hooch? Really guys? God Almighty that movie isn't worth being on the poll
Kristopher Long
2024-08-19 21:30:07 +0000 UTCBabe is such an incredible film. Like, beyond “kid’s film”. Certified timeless classic.
Michael
2024-08-19 21:07:43 +0000 UTCBabe is a must!
Stephanie Chapman
2024-08-19 20:47:17 +0000 UTCNo Cujo???
daniel j brooks
2024-08-19 20:37:17 +0000 UTCThe original "Lassie Come Home" from the 1930s would be good, too. Beautiful movie with a young Elizabeth Taylor to boot.
Wendy Smith
2024-08-19 20:24:00 +0000 UTCOh, the tears that are coming….
Travis Taylor
2024-08-19 20:01:29 +0000 UTCYou've probably already seen 101 Dalmations with Glenn Close, but if not, you might enjoy it.
Cindy Byrne
2024-08-19 19:39:56 +0000 UTCBest in Show is really fun.
Cindy Byrne
2024-08-19 19:31:38 +0000 UTCBring the Kleenex for Homeward Bound! It’s a happy cry though such a good movie! Also stay clear of Old Yeller…it will wreck you!
EJN
2024-08-19 19:24:07 +0000 UTCOl' Yeller will WRECK you, Ashley, I promise. Avoid at all costs!
Lisa Frymark
2024-08-19 19:06:01 +0000 UTCI recommend Harvey (1950) as well, a film that could go into many categories, Comedy, Mental Health, Animal and Fantasy
The Goateed Geek
2024-08-19 18:57:17 +0000 UTCAs much a disaster RDJ was in the latest Dr. Doolittle I would encourage everyone to read the wild behind the scenes of the original 1967 film. The only film in history that had production delayed by a GIraffe who stepprd on his own Peni5
The Goateed Geek
2024-08-19 18:55:06 +0000 UTCGood, save Cat's Eye for Hallobeans.
Thomas Ivie
2024-08-19 18:50:23 +0000 UTC“Homeward Bound” clicked this poll SO fast. That’s my childhood right there. I had an American Bulldog AND a snowshoe cat because of that movie
ERAUPRCWA
2024-08-19 18:37:38 +0000 UTC‘K9’ with Jim Belushi was always my favorite.
Rudy Hernandez
2024-08-19 18:32:50 +0000 UTChow about Hachi: A Dogs Tail bring tissues with that one
Ricky P Kraus
2024-08-19 18:19:25 +0000 UTCStrays (2023)
Shane Plagmann
2024-08-19 18:14:29 +0000 UTCSorry - thought he directed it. I know Ashleigh watched Spinal Tap and liked it - just was pointing out reasons she would like it:). Although, she did like Princess Bride and Misery so Rob Reiner has done well on the channel too. Just avoid North at all costs lol.
Cristina Collins-Armstrong
2024-08-19 18:07:38 +0000 UTCMaybe on the next animal poll you can add A Boy and his Dog (1975) and Harvey (1950).
Michael Buhl
2024-08-19 18:04:39 +0000 UTCWhere's Josie and the PUSSYCATS???? (Just kidding)
Tyler Foster
2024-08-19 17:34:00 +0000 UTCShe will love "Babe" and "Free Willy" (imagine the jokes during that second one...). I'm not cruel enough to vote for "My Dog Skip" or "Old Yeller."
Paul Stelter
2024-08-19 17:33:30 +0000 UTCHe was in and cowrote Spinal Tap, but Rob Reiner directed it (and Ashleigh already watched it).
Tyler Foster
2024-08-19 17:33:16 +0000 UTCAh. Wish you had 'A Dog's Purpose' on the list. Always gets me in the feels
Chris From Fort Worth
2024-08-19 17:22:01 +0000 UTCTough choice! Really would love to vote for three of these. Unfortunately one of them looks like theres no chance, my other two pics currently tied for first. Either of those win, I'll definitely be looking forward to the reaction.
Michelle LaMar
2024-08-19 17:13:27 +0000 UTCThat movie is beyond sad, mostly having nothing to do with the actual story!
Michelle LaMar
2024-08-19 17:10:11 +0000 UTCHomeward Bound is going to put you in your feels!
Alyssa Cartwright
2024-08-19 17:08:39 +0000 UTCYou should watch the original Dr. Doolittle, which is more creative I think. Also maybe the classic Where the Red Fern Grows?
l.h. riley
2024-08-19 17:02:03 +0000 UTCTurner & hooch is my first pick but Babe is a close 2nd. Old Yeller can be yeeted to he'll. That movie has traumatized enough kids it should be retired.
GingerMama78
2024-08-19 17:01:30 +0000 UTCTurner and Hooch will do the same thing.
Cristina Collins-Armstrong
2024-08-19 16:59:40 +0000 UTCMy Mother who can never get the names of things right, always calls it All dogs die and go to heaven 🤦♀️
GingerMama78
2024-08-19 16:59:26 +0000 UTCWould like you to watch Best in Show. It stars two of your favorite actors and is directed by Christopher Guest (husband of Jamie Lee Curtis). He also directed Spinal Tap, a different mockumentary that you liked. Too many great options in this cate.
Cristina Collins-Armstrong
2024-08-19 16:58:17 +0000 UTCTurner & Hooch ❤️ Old Yeller is a must watch too though.
Stephanie Wahl
2024-08-19 16:57:13 +0000 UTCGood idea for a poll!

2024-08-19 16:53:43 +0000 UTCAnd if your strong enough, All dogs go to heaven.
Kenn E Wayne
2024-08-19 16:52:57 +0000 UTCIf you want to go cartoon, I suggest Balto !
Kenn E Wayne
2024-08-19 16:52:25 +0000 UTCI'd rather she watches Bachelor Party which will totally destroy her image of Tom Hanks.
TheSingulatarian
2024-08-19 16:45:00 +0000 UTCBabe is a must-see.
Marcus
2024-08-19 16:35:26 +0000 UTCBabe. Directed by the person that did Mad Max Fury Road. You will struggle to find a bigger contrast in films by the same person.
Daniel Smith
2024-08-19 16:22:49 +0000 UTCToo many good ones on here
Marstux
2024-08-19 16:20:54 +0000 UTCYou can take Ol’ Yeller right the hell off this list. 😂

2024-08-19 16:18:04 +0000 UTCYes, I refuse to ever watch it
AdoptDontShopPets
2024-08-19 16:17:20 +0000 UTCOMG, can't watch any dog-movies... White fang and Bailey killed me totally...

2024-08-19 16:15:19 +0000 UTCOl Yeller. Make Ashley cry again!
Richard Sheets
2024-08-19 16:14:10 +0000 UTCI would add one suggestion C.H.O.M.P.S. ( 1979)
djhyjak
2024-08-19 16:08:42 +0000 UTCHow about a poll containing older Disney live action movies. Old Yeller, Swiss Family Robinson, Flubber, The Shaggy Dog and the original The Parent Trap. Disney had some great movies that I saw as a kid.
Bill Bevins
2024-08-19 16:08:41 +0000 UTCBabe is my favorite movie on this list. Ashleigh would love it. Old Yeller doesn't stand a chance against the more modern movies. Wonder if Ashleigh remembers the gag about Old Yeller in Stripes.
Bill Bevins
2024-08-19 16:05:53 +0000 UTCYou get two votes FYI
Katastrophic
2024-08-19 16:05:38 +0000 UTCDAMN when I saw the subject line I was hoping Marley and Me was gunna be on here. Great choices though, rooting for Babe!!!

2024-08-19 16:04:52 +0000 UTCYeah, pretty traumatizing.
James Sharp
2024-08-19 16:03:25 +0000 UTCOH NO...the ORIGINAL Dr. Dolittle from 1967 should be seen before any other "remake". In my opinion, the OG is the BEST!!

Charity Konusser (the chonus)
2024-08-19 15:55:42 +0000 UTCThis was tough! I almost voted Turner and Hooch but Homeward Bound is almost like a right of passage every millennial has to experience at some point lol
Ashley Mundt
2024-08-19 15:55:40 +0000 UTCI get it. I think the animals idea is awesome! Just thinking it could be fun to split it up by maybe genre (Animals is Dramas, Animals in Comedy, Animals in Animation, etc.) or maybe by decades (Animals in the 60s, 70s, 80s, etc.) ❤️
Michael Parker
2024-08-19 15:55:26 +0000 UTCI think the only reason Turner & Hooch is placing so high is because it stars Tom Hanks, otherwise it wouldn't be so high. I personally love Babe. It's a sweet movie. But in order not to lose a vote, I'm going Simon & Garfunkel Homeward Bound, and Babe 🐖.
Wally
2024-08-19 15:55:21 +0000 UTCGet ready to big cry
Vicky phillips
2024-08-19 15:52:29 +0000 UTCWe shouldn't traumatize Ashley with Ol Yeller
Sassafras and Lemons
2024-08-19 15:51:43 +0000 UTCThe Only Dr. Doolittle worth watching is the 1967 version staring Rex Harrison!
Chrystina McKelvey
2024-08-19 15:49:54 +0000 UTCGreat list - like Padaric said - you should really watch Babe regardless - I think you'll absolutely LOVE it...
Michael McSwiney
2024-08-19 15:43:44 +0000 UTCUh......🙄
Curtis Martin
2024-08-19 15:41:23 +0000 UTCFantastic list! I imagine Ashley and the viewers are going to enjoy just about whatever wins. Personally, even if it doesn't win the poll, Babe is worth a watch even if not for the channel. It was nominated for Best Picture (lost to Braveheart, which is fair) and was written and produced by George Miller, who also directed/wrote/produced the Mad Max movies. It's an incredible and heartwarming masterpiece
Padraic
2024-08-19 15:39:40 +0000 UTCThat'll do, poll. That'll do.
Curtis Martin
2024-08-19 15:38:32 +0000 UTCK-9 with James Belushi goes hand in paw with Turner & Hooch and should be added to an animal poll at some point. I'd even go as far to say it's better.
PieHard13
2024-08-19 15:35:26 +0000 UTCShould have gone with the og Dr. Dolittle from 1967...if you can get a copy somehow.
Robert Miller
2024-08-19 15:34:08 +0000 UTCHomeward Bound is not the original. It is on par with the original for different ways. But the original is from 1963 and was a childhood favorite of mine. The 90s one came out in high school for me so I had a deep appreciation for when the remake happened. Highly recommend to check out the OG version if you end up Homeward Bound. 😁😁😁😁😁😁
Kristine Friling
2024-08-19 15:33:20 +0000 UTCI get complaints when I add to many options.

2024-08-19 15:32:24 +0000 UTCSuper excited to see your reaction to Homeward Bound!

2024-08-19 15:32:00 +0000 UTCBeethoven? White Fang? Black Beauty? War Horse? Black Stallion? Hot to Trot? Show Dogs? Best in Show? Snow Dogs? Cats & Dogs? The Secret Life of Pets?
Michael Parker

2024-08-19 15:29:45 +0000 UTCI've o ly actually seen one film on this list so I voted for that, and the one I know the ending of by cultural osmosis. I'm realising I've seen even fewer movies than Ashleigh and it's making me question my life choices
