I really wish it could win a poll, but it never does. I've seen it come up on polls for other reactors, and the more well-known movies always end up winning.

I’ve been wanting and waiting for at least a few years for her especially to react to Now and Then because not only do I think she’d love the cast and a good girls friendship, it’s a sweet and fun film. Yes, like other films from the eighties and nineties, there’s parts that haven’t aged well, but overall it’s a fun and funny movie with a great soundtrack and overall good moral. I really hope that she makes an executive decision and still watches it anyway since it doesn’t look like it’s going to win this poll. 🥺😞 If I could vote for it more than once I I would. I like Weekend at Bernie’s but I don’t think it’s as funny as I used to think it was and definitely has been done before. As has The Graduate (been done a lot) and definitely a few of the others on this list but I digress. Honestly, I really can’t think 🤔 of anyone who’s watched and reacted to Now and Then.

2024-08-06 01:03:00 +0000 UTCI’ve been anxiously awaiting Ashleigh to watch Now & Then for a few summers now, because it’s just a fun girls summer movie 🍿. Besides the fun soundtrack and great cast (which we know she’ll love at least one member of the cast 😉🫶🏾) , as much as I grew up watching and loving “The Sandlot”, I’ve always seen Now and Then as the girls version of it. It just as fun and campy as The Sandlot but still a feel good movie. It’s also not talked about as much either, but it for the mid nineties, it had a star packed cast. Yes they’re are definitely some cringey parts and scenes that I don’t think have aged well, but it’s still a sweet movie overall and definitely makes you wish you had those types of friendships growing up. Plus, as others said I haven’t seen any one else watch and react to it yet like they have with all the other choices so Ashleigh would probably be the first. If I could vote multiple times for it I would. Now and then definitely touches on some memories for me of when I was their age in the film and how much fun 🤩 I used to have in the summer. It’s definitely not like it was then, or when I was growing up in the eighties and nineties and this movie helps me to remember. 🙂🙂🙂

It's one of those great 80s summer flicks that is just so fun and yet it had some serious things in it as well. Not many peeps remember it though.
