2023-06-13 19:05:29 +0000 UTCSo since you mentioned it! I was curious as well. OG Fate Stay Night was released January 30th 2004. Unlimited Blade Works wasn't added in until 2010 with the movie. Later on becoming a show in 2014. The manga chapters for this whole arc were being released from December 19th, 2003-December 2, 2005 in Japan. They started animating episodes for this arc in July 2005. So it seems Bleach definitely inspired Unlimited Blade Works.
