In the time loop prison Loki was put into, from Norse mythology Loki cut the hair of that lady (Lady Sif), and caused it to permanently change from gold to black. In the credit scene, Loki asks "Is this Hel?" with just one L, so its not the same place as "hell". "Who are those people?" Who do they look like? :)
