The Intro yes, but honestly the episode itself has much more in common with Full House, from the "sit down and talk to kids emotional moment", to the enormous amounts of dad humor, to the camera shot selections, which although it remembered as a 90s show like Saved By The Bell, technically they both started the 80s.
