REVOTE: Raquel Welch

Okay! So there was a CLEAR winner in the poll but reading the comments it looks like I left out a movie that MANY wanted to see on the poll.

So I'm going to add ONE MILLIONS YEARS BC and put it up against the two highest winning answers on the previous poll.

Fantastic Voyage, despite its fails it's still a cool idea for a different style of Sci fi..take a perilous trip through the human body in a really cool looking miniaturized submarine..from 1966 at the hight of the cold war..enough said..

You don’t NEED to be in an altered state to enjoy certain movies. They’re just better if you are. It’s not about making something bad good. It’s about making something good better. Fantastic Planet film, elevated or not, but it’s better if you are, imo.

"The Three Musketeers" version with Gene Kelly is tied with the 70s version as the best adaptation so far of the book. The star power, the costumes, the sword fighting, the intrigue. Ashleigh should also see the Gene Kelly version as well!

Although Stella Stevens name as a actress has not endured as well as Raquel Welch, she was in many movies. I am old enough to know Stella Stevens. If Ashleigh was to do a tribute, the original 1963 The Nutty Professor comes to mind, Although she was not the star of the 1972 The Poseidon Adventure, she was a supporting actor.

Raquel Welsh is a lot more famous than that guy who Ashleigh gave a tribute to whose face looked familiar to me but he was not a household name. Raquel won a Golden Globe award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy for The Three Musketeers. She's was in over 35 movies.

I've never really understood that. If you have to be in an altered state of consciousness to enjoy a movie, perhaps it's just a bad movie? (Lord alone knows what would happen if you watched "Altered States" in an altered state...)

She received a well deserved Golden Globe for her work in Three Musketeers.

Finally someone says the soft part out loud. I wish these tribute movies would be reserved for major stars.

Just Google the 1 Million Years BC poster and then we can all watch Bringing Up Baby 😁I mean The Three Musketeers. Also, Superman 2 was filmed in the same manner as the 3/4 Musketeers. So maybe we can all find out what happens when Zod reaches earth and see if Lois ever figures things out. All For One and One For All!

Curtis Martin

Fantastic PLANET. THAT’S the one you need to watch. And make sure you’re “elevated” when you do.

Tim Glaim

Raquel was eye candy for the three above movies.

Raquel Welch did a special appearance in Legally Blonde. She was more of a model rather than an actress really.

Heather Cherry-Roberts

You know which movie you shouldn’t watch for Raquel Welch? Pee Wee’s Big Adventure. She’s not in it. But you should watch it AFTER watching a movie that does have Raquel Welch!

It's also based on a classic novel by a man whose grandmother was a Black slave (just misses Black History month)

David Simon

Three Musketteers is the best movie of the three, not necessarily with the most Raquel.

David Simon

There should also be a tribute to Stella Stevens.

Meredith Shivers

Hannie Caulder, Mother Jugs &Speed are also good Raquel movies.

Robert Dilley

I was hoping for One million years...can we just rewatch Naked Gun 3 again Ash? :P Also rest in peace to Raquel, Chicago native like me. Although she didn't grow up there. Aged like fine wine and sharp as a whip.
