EARLY ACCESS: Lethal Weapon 2

Still my fave Gibson film. Next to Patriot (w a terrific done villain i might add)

Ashleigh, if you want to see more young Mel Gibson, you definitely need to do a reaction to Braveheart. It has Mel Gibson in a kilt, romance, action, and battles. Not to mention a whole line of Scottsmen mooning the British soldiers.😉😅

William Stefens

Oh, absolutely AIR AMERICA!!

CinWin

That has to be one of my favorites. The cast is near perfect and it is just alot of fun too.

Ashleigh, if you want to see one of the best Mel Gibson movies check out "Maverick" [1994]. You will love it (and watch for the dozens of cameos throughout the movie. Also, you won't know a lot of them but, most of the poker players in the last part were guest stars on the original 1950s "Maverick" television series).

Bill Van Vleck

I forgot about Air America.

Jason Pratt

I did look up Mary Ellen Trainor, the actress you said is in everything. She sure has been in a lot of stuff you’ve watched on this channel.

Robert Gruhn

Thanks for the great reaction. The Lethal Weapon franchise is not one of my favorites but I loved watching you react to it. For more Mel Gibson fun you should see him and Goldie Hawn in Bird on a Wire, or him and young Robert Downey Jr in Air America. Both movies are super fun and have crashes and explosions for you Ashleigh.

"It's been revoked" is definitely from this movie. And is, for me, the second most satisfying villain death for an 80s action movie, with number 1 being the reaction on Alan Rickman's face when he is dropped from the 30th floor of Nakatomi tower.

At a guess I'd say that boils down to how big of a Russo fan a person is.

Kenton Kruger

Why does the thumbnail look almost dirty? Lol

Jacob Colson

Me too!

Shadowcat

If you want to see another funny Joe Pesci performance I would recommend Easy Money from 1983. It stars Rodney Dangerfield and is a very funny movie.

Bill Bevins

I like Lethal Weapon 3 more than 2.

Chel Van Hel

Lethal Weapon 3 is actually my favorite of the 4, so I'd love for Ashleigh to watch that one. I saw 4 once in the theater and was less than impressed personally, but I wouldn't argue if others wanted her to see it. I totally agree with Lynette that Ashleigh should absolutely see Die Hard 3. Sam Jackson is a treasure who elevates almost every movie he's in.

Shadowcat

I saw LW3 & 4 only one time, that was enough for me. They were not memorable to me. But I agree with Kenton if they won a poll I would watch Ashleigh's reaction for sure.

Lynette Cummins

3 and 4 are watchable but I'd agree there is certainly a drop in quality. That said, if they show up on sequel polls and win I'll rewatch them. They certainly aren't bad, just fairly forgettable.

Kenton Kruger

Jeremy Irons is also great in DH3

Paul Johnson

I can appreciate your point of view for sure. If Ashleigh puts it on the next sequel poll it could very possibly win, as long as it doesn't go up against Harry Potter.

Lynette Cummins

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one my friend. I think the entire series is worth watching and 4 is actually my favorite.

SplinterTME

I think Lethal Weapon 2 is better than the first. That being said I would skip seeing the rest of them, I think they go downhill. But you MUST see Die Hard 3. It's the best of the series and has Samuel L. Jackson.

Lynette Cummins

The "blonde" girl in everything, the psychologist is Mary Ellen Trainor. She has been in 47 movies or tv shows and you have crossed paths many times: Romancing the Stone, The Goonies, Lethal Weapon 1 and 2+, The Monster Squad, Die Hard, Scrooged, Ghostbusters II, Back to the Future Part II, Death Becomes Her, and Forrest Gump.

Jack Jones

There's is a LW 5, but you need to watch It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. ...and only if they're allowed to air it
