EARLY ACCESS: End Game Part 1

I have been struck by the copyright gods 5 time today.

anyways - I hope this stays up and doesn't get blocked (as HD version is still uploading) and I tried some new editing techniques ((you may not be able to notice and that's okay, it's an editing ashleigh problem))

thank you for your patience, and thank you for being here.  I hope your holidays were great and I hope this is worth the wait.  I"ll be uploading Part 1 & 2 together Wednesday as one whole video. :)

EARLY ACCESS: End Game Part 1

Comments

Just in case the video gets taken down I'll put my youtube comment here: AT LAST you've made it to this one. This is the best Avengers movie in my opinion...by a mile and the 2nd best MCU overall... You shouldn't have to defend your questioning Thanos but thanks for explaining it clearly (also the people that aren't memeing Thanos did nothing wrong are O_O ). Also I agree with you on the resource thing. The glasses man in the support group Cap ran is one of the directors of the movie, Joe Russo. He's made a cameo in Winter Soldier, Civil War and Endgame. The bald man in the support group was the creator of the Thanos character, Jim Starlin. Thor's mother knows her fate to a degree. She sees with more than just eyes after all. She was purposely avoiding Thor telling her. It's not just supposed to be a young Stan Lee, it actually is Stan Lee de-aged with CGI. They filmed several of his last cameos just before his death and Endgame turned out to be his last official one although Captain Marvel had the Stan Lee tribute because he died before that one was released. I always think the young Hank looks like Steve Perry (the lead singer of Journey for most of their major hits). In the comics Jarvis was Tony's actual butler too and later served as the Avengers butler. He wasn't AI until the movies came out. You caught the sacrifice thing WAY earlier than most people do. That's AWESOME! Love it. Originally black widows sacrifice occurred during a battle with thanos army on that cliff. it was more intense but lacked the emotional punch. Knowing that part 2 is so much better I am on pins and needles waiting for it.

The only time I've ever watched a reaction to a movie that I haven't seen was when it's a movie I was somewhat interested in but would probably never watch on my own. And that happens very rarely. If anything I think reaction videos help spark interest in older movies and series. These studios should be grateful for reactors.

It's crazy to me why you would ever get hit on copyright if YouTube and the rights holders were behaving in accordance with the intent of copyright law. What you do is CLEARLY fair use (though IANAL). You're not showing the entire movie, so it's hardly like anyone could watch one of your reactions *instead of* watching the movie. To follow your reactions, you have to already *know* the movie. You're literally just excerpting pieces of it so that the context of your commentary is clearly illustrated. It's, like, the DEFINITION of "Fair Use." (Shaking my damn head...)
