This one is a lot fun to watch as a kid. It's definitley one of those ones that people appreciate more when they grow up with it. I'd also recommend The Dark Crystal, the director's cut of Legend, The Rocketeer, and Dick Tracy.

Not the only MCU alum to do TMNT. Chris Evans was Casey iirc in the 00s cartoon movie.

You may or may not have noticed one of the more prominent thugs in this movie was played by a VERY young Sam Rockwell, aka Justin Hammer from Iron Man 2.

Wow, I'm surprised at the many people who dislike this movie. I've never ever heard anybody talk badly about it before, strange. I personally love this movie.🤷‍♂️
