Continue with Karate Kid and watch part II — it’s SO beautiful. The rest are not worth your time, however.

2022-05-31 17:00:59 +0000 UTCAshleigh, I hope that you keep Good Will Hunting in future polls. I think that you will really enjoy it.
2022-05-17 02:46:37 +0000 UTCJust a bit of nostalgia...I 1st saw "Meatballs" with my family at the Weirs Beach Drive-In which was located directly across the street from Lake Winnepesaukee the setting for much of Bill Murray's later fim "What About Bob?"

2022-05-13 22:13:05 +0000 UTCYou have to watch Inherit the Wind from 1960. It's a great black and white film, fantastic cast and a wonderful script.

2022-05-12 21:50:37 +0000 UTCHave you seen 1986 Little Shop of Horrors? And if not- has anyone recommended it yet? I feel like you've been meh on musicals but the storyline is just so great and Steve Martin and Bill Murray are in it!

2022-05-11 16:46:30 +0000 UTCIf you watch "The Thomas Crown Affair", it absolutely _must_ be the Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway version. It has the most erotic chess game ever played on film. The remake with the guy from "Remington Steele" is weak sauce.

2022-05-08 16:45:44 +0000 UTCJust a suggestion but how about the Directors cut of Ridley Scott's Legend my favorite Tim Curry film! He was epic as the Lord of Darkness.
2022-05-08 12:15:59 +0000 UTCDropping by to suggest my usual: French Kiss — you’ll get more Meg Ryan and a different version of Kevin Kline (since you didn’t like him so much in Fish Called Wanda).

2022-05-06 14:04:01 +0000 UTCI think she chose to watch Karate Kid on her own; she knew the ''wax on wax off'' quote or at least thought it was from that movie, and she wanted to include it as another must-see 80's classic because it's another thing she can't believe she's gone this long without seeing. And she enjoyed the movie so if she wants to watch the sequels then that's fair enough.

2022-05-06 06:11:05 +0000 UTCSeriously though I don't remember the karate kid being on a winning poll? And now people are trying to get her to watch the sequels??
