Gremlins 2 really is a you love it or you don't, with a huge gap between, kind of movie. I go back and forth on Die Hard 2, but I'm pretty certain Ashleigh would really like 3.

I am so glad you watched this one. You really get to see the best part of the Rocky movies and that is the love between Rocky and Adrien. I may be in the minority here but the next several Rocky movies are more like what you originally expected from the original Rocky movie. Three isn't too bad but four and five I believe you can skip all day long. If you ever have an inkling to watch another Rocky, skip all of those and watch Rocky Balboa. It really evokes the first two so well and elicits so much emotions. It is truly a great end for the Rocky character.

Hi Ashleigh & Beans - boxers cant drink (swallow) water before or during a fight. having water in the stomach slows them down, cut endurance. It can also cause severe cramping esp if hit in stomach or chest. For Rocky, it was never about winning the first fight, or any fight. It was about being able to stand up and go the distance. Rocky never was supposed to have a chance - he knew that. But it was about standing up to the challenge.

Sadly this shows that there are no other pateons that enjoyed the lethal Weapon series, but they really loved the rocky series.. probably the die hard series as well...

I haven't seen them since I was a kid, 40+ years ago, in my neck of the woods. As a theatre costumer, I've made many of them for shows that take place before the last 70s. They are cute, and they are surprisingly easy to keep neat, and starched. :)

“When did nurses stop wearing those cute hats?” My wife says that nurses were transitioning out of the traditional uniform about the time she graduated nursing school, which was about 25 years ago. As the guy who does her laundry, I appreciate not having to deal with properly starch one of those uniforms. But, yeah, she would look cute with that hat. (To be fair, I think she looks real cute in her Grey’s Anatomy scrubs too)
