・sample suggest fee free → in front of payment 5$, and final ver. submition 10$ = 15$.
I was adviced by commissioner.
This advice that although it is a sample, technical fees should be charged.
I'm going to follow this advice because if it's free or too low, risk undermining other service providers.
Of course, we intend to provide a higher quality work than ever before.
I still don't decide period, I will change commission fee in the future.
