What's Next?

I've added a HIGHLY requested (from youtube & instagram comments) movie in the mix this time!  😋

Friday is a Millennial Movie Member request and Monday 1/18/20 is Aliens so this poll is for  Millennial Movie Monday on 1/25/20.

Comments

I really hope you watch Interview With A Vampire at some point

Lauren D Martin

The Rock, with Sean Connery and Nicholas Cage

Danika Silva

Lethal Weapon 2.....and the rest of the series 💯🐱👍

Danika Silva

Le Pacte des loups , the great French movie called Brotherhood of the Wolf, which is a great one for your international stuff 😀

Danika Silva

Seeing as how you enjoyed the sequel of Alien, then you have to watch the sequel to Lethal Weapon, 2, 3, and 4 😆

Danika Silva

Little shop of Horrors might fit in with a musical march

Nicholas & Heather

For Romance Month, you've GOT to do the Tom Hanks / Meg Ryan trifecta of You've Got Mail/ Sleepless in Seattle/ Joe vs. the Volcano (Joe v. Volcano also serves as a great way to celebrate getting out of the rat race) Maybe Musical March? 1. Robin Hood Men in Tights (keep that Mel Brooks energy flowing) 2. Oklahoma! 3. Singing in the Rain 4. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers

Nicholas & Heather

Just had a scene of "Back to School" with Rodney Dangerfield in my YouTube and made me think of you having this poll. Probably cause the same era as Uncle Buck.

William Wall

I second both of those nominations! Great movies

thank you so much for supporting me! :D

Ashleigh Burton

<3

Ashleigh Burton

Hi. Yes. Hello! Yourself cutie pie!!! You are so cool ...I must say you have an awesome personality!! Here's a couple of movie suggestions for you and Beans... First ,LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS 1986 with good old Rick Moranis.... And LEON THE PROFESSIONAL 1994 With Natalie Portman (action packed movie)

WEEZER MANN

Eric, I couldn’t have put it any better myself! And good for you voting for Christine. She should get back into John Carpenter territory, and maaaannn you’re right about Interview. 🤣

Gio Vidrio

The whole point of a Poll-comments section is to create a "sports-bar" atmosphere, cheer our favorites to the finals, and root uncommitted voters to the team. And if I happen to think, "Interview is the most openly gay horror movie this side of Elm Street 2 or Nightbreed", I can just go with my own movie experience, and root for Team Christine. But, if Team Buck wins the cup, I won't throw beer cans.

Eric Janssen

Sebastiaan, Yes! Thanks for clearing up that Mandela effect. It’s Interview With The Vampire. Still a mystery to this day though. Be Kind, I appreciate you hopping in to defend the others, but it’s a pet peeve when others think they can tell a creator what to do or not do. Ashleigh is the one who makes the final decisions. We all love what she’s putting out, so why be so quick to automatically tell her to “skip” movies that are HIGHLY requested as she says above. It’s common sense.

Gio Vidrio

Thanks Edward Olson and Be Kind.

primatador

Gio. Disliking something is not the same as bashing it. Pls don’t make ppl feel badly for expressing their opinions. It doesn’t stop you from voting for what you like. I mean, I like your passion, but ... c’mon, man.

Be Kind

Congratulations!! We look forward to to Mondays, now.

Congratulations on hitting your Patreon goal.

Lance Romanoff

PT&A had my crying hard - so I kinda hope Uncle Buck does, too.

Ashleigh Burton

Have to admit, I hope she watches Interview with *the* Vampire next, really loved the movie :)

Sebastiaan Timmerman

Tori is entitled to their opinion and to express it. Personally, I think it's not great and expect it will only win on some week that even more so-so movies are up against it.

Edward Olson

Just cause you don’t like it, doesn’t mean she won’t, or the 46 others who are voting for her to see it. If she doesn’t like it, she’ll say it. If she does, then hey, to each their own. Don’t bash on a movie just cause it’s not a favorite.

Gio Vidrio

Have to admit that I hope you skip Interview with a Vampire. I really dislike that movie.

primatador

I'm for Uncle Buck this poll. Hughes and Candy. Like PT and A Candy will have you busting a gut and shedding a tear the next minute. Because he was so funny he was really underrated as an dramatic actor.

Mark Sylvester

I asked for Blood Simple before the High Profile Coen Brothers films but any would be good.

Mark Sylvester

Also, too late now, but, three NYE movies that come to mind are Ghostbusters II, The Hudsucker Proxy (by the Coen Brothers, who did Raising Arizona, plus I'm sure a million people have suggested The Big Lebowski), and (I've mentioned this before 😉) When Harry Met Sally.

Tyler Foster

jesus christ I almost don't wanna watch it just to save your emotions

Ashleigh Burton

It's in the lead right now!

Ashleigh Burton

YASSSSSS.

Ashleigh Burton

Agreed. I really want to watch her watch Interview! I've voted for Interview in the past two polls, but switched to Uncle Buck for this one. After all of the sci-fi/horror lately, I think we could use a comedy. The fact that she's keeping Interview on the list gives me hope that it will be watched eventually.

Lynnetta

Damn, 3 hours later and for some reason it just popped into my brainpan that I had confused Uncle Buck with P,T,and A. I will not delete or edit my above comment because I must now live my complete shame, but still stand behind the thought that Uncle Buck is far better than the other 2 options. PEACE.

Tony Williams

Of course it’s Uncle Buck you’ve mentioned it just a few hundred times!!

Freddy Spence

What’s Friday’s movie?

Be Kind

You will LOVE Uncle Buck! Can’t believe this didn’t make it before Jingle Beans, but glad it’s gonna happen. But don’t hold out on Interview too long. Maybe it’ll be a good start to February for Romance month. Lol!

Gio Vidrio

As the Uncle Buck of my family, I have to choose it!

R. Chris Yates

Uncle Buck all day long... Lol Getting happy just thinking about that one.

Brent Fugett

I voted for Interview but all of these should be watched eventually

Jay McIntyre

The Millennial tier is the highest and most expensive tier and she only allows 4 patrons to donate at that level. The main perk is being able to straight-up request a film.

Tyler Foster

Yeah, and Home Alone leads to Home Alone 2 and Uncle Buck...C’mon , let’s use some imagination and break the cycle! I’m going with Christine, just out of sheer coolness.

Eric Janssen

Wait, so Millennial tiers can request a poll choice, or a movie directly? I’m confused...

Eric Janssen

In junior high I had HUGE buck teeth and everyone in school called me Buck. Or... Bucky O'Hare... or Uncle Buck. I utterly hated it. To this day if someone were to casually call me Buck there's a good chance they may get hit. But regardless of the traumatic memories the name gives me, I still vote for Uncle Buck. Awesome movie!

Just Paul!

We’ve already got a Hannibal series (Silence is out-of-copyright, so three guesses why), so that’s hardly a rush.

Eric Janssen

Hey, guys, we need to fast-track SILENCE OF THE LAMBS bc CBS is doing a TV series called CLARICE that picks up at the end of the 1st film and starts Feb. 11th. So maybe early Feb? Ashleigh, it’s currently #23 on imdb (Internet Movie Database) top rated movies of all time list.

Be Kind

Just joined your patreon when you stated your next movie was my YouTube pic. I am excited to watch it Friday. Have a HUGE JC collection. 👊👊👊

William Wall

Yes, it’s time for a comedy. I remember loving John Candy but barely remember the movie, so it’ll be almost new for me too. I haven’t watched any other reactions to it bc I knew Ashleigh would do it eventually, and she’s the best! 😎

Be Kind

Anytime you include a Stephen King movie that’s gunna be my pick.

Much like Alien leads to Aliens/Alien³/Alien: Resurrection, Shaun of the Dead leads to Hot Fuzz and The World's End (and maybe Scott Pilgrim vs. The World).

Tyler Foster

Whenever I had a bad day my go to was uncle Buck. I still laugh my ass off....

You really deserve a straight comedy.

Robert Gruhn

I love that there's never a wrong pick :D

AM

I love Stephen King, so all about Christine

M four Movies

Uncle Buck! After all these sci-fi/horror flicks I need a good comedy!

Lynnetta

Uncle Buck if you want a comedy. I haven't seen it either and I'm a Boomer. Interview with a Vampire for suspense/horror. Tom Cruise is in it. Christine 1983 if you want terror.

Mark Dunham

Uncle Buck is really more of a holiday flick, but would much rather see your reaction to it compared to the other 2 choices. You'll love it, which should be the main thing anyway. Peace.

Tony Williams

I picked Uncle Buck. John Candy was so funny.

Bill Bevins

I think Uncle Buck is your kind of movie.

Michael Waldrep

Uncle Buck. So good. Will change your mind about Culkin as an actor! Classic John Hughes. 🤘🏻

Brandon Portell

I love the soundtrack from Christine! A sleeper horror movie
