Patreon introduced new payment system.
Hello, my patrons, followers and general publics♪
First of all, already my patrons no change.
So, my patrons don't need to care.
To put it simply, no matter when you subscribe, each content usage period is guaranteed for approximately 30 days with a single tier subscription (billing).
Therefore, we have made it easier for you to use our services.
If you use this service, I recommend 26~28 of each month or the beginning of each month, as there is a special reward for my patrons on the 25th of each month.

Before:
Fees are collected on the first day of each month and when join time , with fewer days of use if the subscriber joins in the middle of each month.
Of course, if you want to use it again next month, you will need to pay each tier fee.
ex: 15th day join → until end of this month (period of use 13～15th)
fee: When joining Tier + If you want to use it again next month, you will need to pay each Tier fee.
After:
According to Patreon officilal, the period of use will be from the date and time of Tier subscription to the same date and time of the following month.
ex: 15th day join → until next month 15th day. (period of use about 30 days).
fee: Only when joining Tier. (If you want to use it again next month, you will need to pay each Tier fee.)
I believe this is the general process, as I too was recently notified of the change.
