Billy & Steve Cat Plushies! [WIP]

HELLO EVERYONE thank you so much for sticking with me through June! <3

The other day, a Patron of mine asked if I had gone through with making the Steve & Billy cat plushies! And the answer is - YESS! BUT They still have a ways to go before they're ready to sell!

I don't usually share prototype plushies, but since this ISS Patreon - I thought it would be fun to share a bit of the process rather than just the final product!

A lot happens behind the scenes of designing plushies and I usually need to go through about 4-5 prototypes before they're ready to sell.

Each prototype takes about 2 weeks to make, so you can see how that can become a lengthy process! But very worth it in the end, because each prototype gets closer and closer to my vision.

Right now we're on the second revision of Harringrove kitties!

The first picture - Prototypes 1.
I saw these little guys and fought the urge to say - 'we need to adjust - everything' LOL

I'm extremely happy with the embroidery details, but all of the proportions needed to be adjusted. I sent in my feedback and a few weeks later, I got the second prototype!

The second picture - Prototypes 2.
This is what we're currently working with! Lots of proportions still need to be adjusted, but I'm much happier with the details such as the little feet paws! I also had my supplier send me photos of them without clothes. Not we can see Steve's little heart on his chest :D

The third picture (Prototypes 2 - Revised)
This is an edited picture! I do this with every revision to help my supplier visually see what I'm envisioning and what I'd like changed for the next prototype.

Now I'm currently waiting for the third prototypes! If all goes as scheduled, these guys will be ready for preorders this Summer. Like I said before, still a long way to go before they're ready BUT it's fun to share the process!
