Juggling from a hectic schedule I was able to produce some videos that were both shot twice to get a better outcome. Excuse me for my tummy as most of you know I had an operation (appendectomy) about 5 months ago. It is better now however I cannot fully do abdominal workouts yet and is still a little sensitive. However I way better than a few months ago thank God.
