Status Update: Surgery!

Hey everyone, giving a status update to let you know why things are gonna be a bit quieter this month. The short answer is, I'm getting surgery on my face to fix a collapsed nose and its going to knock me out for at least a week. The longer answer is as follows;

So for the past few years I've suffered from fatigue, nausea, and headaches that seemed to have no clear cause. After a LOT of back and forth with doctors, I found out the reason is that my nose just doesn't work properly. Whenever I breathe in, my nasal passages collapse, so barely any air goes through. The result is that I can't really breathe through my nose at all! That's pretty bad!

The good news is, I have a surgery scheduled to fix it this month. The bad news is, that surgery is going to put me out of commission for about a week. I won't be able to do any work during that time by doctor's orders, so that obviously will eat into my art production. I'm trying to get more done before the surgery next week but to be honest, a combination of depression and anxiety about stuff has made it hard to get anything other than study sketches done.

So, hopefully in the long run this improves things for me, but this month is going to be rough. I appreciate your patience and support throughout all this, and hopefully this will be the last big roadblock getting in the way of me really giving 100% into my art. Fingers crossed it all goes well!
