Patreon 2025 Plan

With the start of 2025, I wanna announce some changes to the Patreon in terms of how I’m going to be handling things. These changes are designed with the intent of allowing me to produce more work without burning out and to reach a sustainable living, so I hope you’ll be understanding of them.

Bi-Monthly Polls

Rather than doing a poll every month, I will instead be shifting towards doing one poll every 2 months. This was recommended to me as I tend to fall behind on the polls due to putting extra effort into making sure the pictures that come from them are my best work. I don’t wanna axe polls entirely, so instead they will be done every 2 months instead to give me some breathing room.

I may do some smaller bonus polls, mainly focused on OC content, however. We shall see how things turn out. This would also be done to help balance out an additional change…

Patreon Exclusive Art

In order to entice more people to join the Patreon, I’ve decided that at least once a month I am going to do a piece of art that remains patreon exclusive indefinitely. I’ve tried to avoid doing this but I feel like I really need to encourage people to sub more, bluntly speaking. This art would be anything of my choosing as well, so there’s no pressure on me to create a very specific kind of picture. 

This art would be available to all tiers. Any weird art that isn’t suitable for my ‘main’ audience would still be exclusive to the Big Slime and higher tiers, however.

Commissions

I wish to do more commission work this year, especially smaller sketch stuff that won’t take up as much time as larger projects. These will be primarily done for members of the Patreon discord, to reward people for being active there and also to make it easier to manage things for myself. If you want to be notified of all comm opportunities from me, joining the discord and asking me for the client role is the best option.

That said, I will aim to do some public batches of comms as well, just less frequently. We’ll see how this works out as I’m still figuring out how I wanna handle things.

Overall, things are mostly the same, but further changes could come depending on how I feel and feedback I receive. I appreciate everyone taking the time to read this, and any amount of support you’ve given me over the years!
