A pic that was supposed to be quick but wasn't (shocker). I wanted to try drawing Whimsicott but keep its proportions mostly in tact. I think I did fairly well with that!

Yeah, its used to raise a pokemon's EV value. EVs are a whole complicated stat thing that basically only matter for competitive stuff.
