I have decided to go through some of my old SFW audios and rerecord them with my new mic. So here is; Comfort through an anxiety attack. I will be releasing this publically next week but wanted you to have it first
Synopsis: I find you alone, having a panic attack and I comfort you through it through breathing and letting you know that it’s ok to feel this way.
Anxiety is horrible, and it affects a lot of us. Even people you wouldn’t expect; please don’t be alone when this happens to you and, please make sure to reach out to a professional. My audio isn’t meant to replace professional help.
