Mayoi Jiangshi starts on the 20th, the day before the start of the new school trimester. If you remember, that's when he talks to Ononoki about the meaning of life and is saying how he's trying to find Hachikuji to give her back her backpack. Jiangshi ends in the morning of the next day when we're hearing the opening ceremony bell for the high school. The only things that happen in Neko Shiro before the opening ceremony is Hanekawa gets ready for school, runs into Mayoi, and then sees the Tiger. All of that is the morning of the 21st before she gets to school, everything else takes place after Jiangshi is finished. Koyomi Torus was the Shinobu donut episode. Seed is the Ononoki one, Kaiki has to be in the city (which he was previously forbidden) for that to make sense. Kaiki only came back Jan 1st after the conversation with Senjou. They met in Okinawa.

In part, they are literally made in a way to help you make sense of the timeline, they keep mentioning details of thing that happened or even flash back to specific events from previous arcs. Kaiki at the donut shop in Koyomi Wind is literally an extension of the scene where Araragi and Shinobu met him at the donut shop in Tsukihi Phoenix, and when Araragi talks to Nadeko in Koyomi Mountain, it is literally taking place during a scene that we saw in Nadeko Medusa as well. The arcs are written in a way for you to be able to pick it up and place the arc in time well and for you to get a better grasp of when things happen overall. Also a lot of people seem to easily forget this, but notice how Shinobu Time only goes up to August 23rd while Tsubasa Tiger goes all the way to August 25th? Do remember that Araragi was missing all the way up until the very end of Tsubasa Tiger, and yet we have not yet seen what Araragi was up to during those final 2 days.
