So the reason speed doesn't factor in to combat rhythm is like this: Let's take like 1 second of time, in that 1 second, Aira and Evil Eye make 4 actions, Okarun makes 2. Even though he can move faster, he's basically wasting that speed by only making 2 actions when he should be physically capable of making more. Okarun is probably like this because he's so inexperienced in combat and doesn't have a sense for it like Aira and Evil Eye. Aira and Evil eye make the most out if their abilities while Okarun doesn't essentially.
