She said the first boy she met was staring at a ghoul smiling (that was Cid) but Claire said no my brother would never smile and then Mary mention another person that looks like Cid and Claire assumed that was her brother 😂. It's kinda joke to show how much no one really knows Cid, he plays a weak persona in front of people so often.
