The importance of the 'd' in d-mail is that it is the letter before 'e' :p

Russell Gambardella

This is a little bit of a "nothing burger" but ill try my best to explain it: The start of an event horizon in a black hole is called the Schwarzschild radius. The SR (Schwarzschild radius) is the point at which the gravitational pull of a supermassive object (black hole) gets SO large that nothing can escape it, not even light (No tangible object locally moves faster than the speed of light). The event horizon is where time and space switch places. VERY vaguely, meaning you can move through time but can't move at all when you're in an event horizon. So if an observer sees a spaceship going into a black hole, the spaceship will eventually just stop in space at some point and fade into darkness when it reaches the Event Horizon. (There was some finer details that I left out here that I'll mention in later episodes^^) One question that you should be asking is, how the hell are they sending people back to the past/ future when the event horizon states that you can't move through space? Yes, they CAN move back and forth in time, as seen in the jellyman report newspapers, where people were getting sent to the 1920s to the 2000s, etc. But why and how were they going to India, America, and Japan? Why aren't they staying at SERN HQ when they aren't allowed to move through space? However the Earth is also constantly moving. Earth's rotational velocity is about 1650 km/h. Its orbital velocity is about 114,000 km/h. One hour ago, we were that far away from where we are now. The whole Milky Way is also moving. The Earth's solar system belongs to the Milky Way and so on. So Sern has managed to put 14 identified people onto the planet while being able to calculate all of the rotations, and it can be way more than 14 people, like how would we know if the person is on the ground, in the ocean, or in space? Basically, what we know is two things, first being that Sern isn't yet capable of perfect time travel, they can send them in the general location but not where they want to go. Secondly, shows the inhumanity of SERN. They mentioned in the Jellyman Report that they want to achieve Utopia (An ideal place). A utopia for one group can be considered a dystopia to others, especially in the case of what John Titor said. He mentioned that Sern's "Utopia" was the revival of communism and the world's revisions to the 18th-century living standard. And by 2036, Sern holds most of the world's science and technology. Doesn't sound fun. Sorry if I wrote too much, also trying to make sure ik my Steins;Gate stuff, feel free to correct me if I made a mistake.
