2025-05-30 14:05:31 +0000 UTCSo, if you remember from the second episode, members of shadow garden were what this world calls "possessed". In Cid's eyes, he calls it "magic overload". Essentially, the girls he saved (Seven of them. The Seven Shadows.) from shadow garden have full control of all that excess magic. Making them extremely powerful. With Shadow Garden, he taught the girls to control all that magic power and he also taught them swordsmanship. Along with a bunch of other miscellaneous knowledge from his own world. Because of this, they see him as infallible and all-knowing. He really did make a cult, and he doesn't even know it. lol Also, in the second episode it mentioned that his sister was also possessed and he did indeed cure her when the first signs started showing up. But he never personally trained her, so she's not as strong as Shadow Garden. However, she's still considered extremely powerful compared to most people. Which is why she basically got a scholarship in the school.
