Though Goetia and the Demon Pillars had been thwarted in their plans to eradicate the planet's history and start creation over again, the damage was done and the world as a whole was on a slow process of repairing itself back to proper world causality. Alayah and Gaia can only do so much and undo however much damage there is over time, but it may be countless years until reality is repaired and humanity is restored for good, leaving the world population less than a thousand with what remains of Chaldea to be included.
